Okay, here is my blog for recording my weight loss. Since my freshman year of college I have steadily gained weight. Since I got married in 2007 I gained weight faster. In August of 2010 I started graduate school and for the first two semesters I gained even more weight until the beginning of May where I weighed 199 lbs. This was caused by bad eating habbits, too much soda, and a general lack of exercise and physical activity. I never want to go over the 200 lb. threshold. When I graduated high school I was roughly 120 lbs. at the same height I am now. An 80 lb. gain with no height added. THIS IS NOT GOOD.
I am now working on a plan to lose this weight. To get down to a target weight between 135-150 lbs. Being in school while working and having a family makes this difficult, yet I know I can do this. I will exercise everyday by running, and will focus on better eating habits and cutting out soft drinks.
